When will my order ship?
The majority of orders placed with Quadrant typically ship the same day if they are placed before 1:00pm or the next following business day if they are placed after 1:00pm. (Keep in mind this isn’t always the case when we experience a higher than normal order volume… like during the holiday season for example.)
Graphic t-shirts and other custom printed items are printed the day an order comes in (before 1:00pm) and typically ships the next business day. If the order is placed after 1:00pm we try our best to ship it the next business day, however, it can take 2 business days before it ships. We do this to ensure the highest level of quality in production that is possible.
What is taking my order so long?
Let’s face it. Amazon spoiled us with 1 and 2 day delivery and we have become used to getting our orders faster than going out to the store to get them.
At Quadrant, we operate as a small veteran-owned business and don’t operated at the levels of giant warehouses. We take pride on having a small staff that is passionate and dedicated to providing the best quality product possible.
We would rather take an extra day to get our hands on each, individual order to make sure it is perfect before it ships. We greatly value you as a customer and appreciate your understanding.
What qualifies for a refund or exchange?
Did your original order not work out? Let us help you make sure you get the right size, color, or opportunity to make your experience perfect.
For an order to qualify for a refund or exchange, the item(s) ordered must still be in new condition. This means that the items are not worn, washed or damaged.
You have 30 days for returns or exchanges from the date you received your order.
How do I start the process for a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through email that is included in your order confirmation email. Please include the order number, the item you purchased, and the reason for return or exchange. A representative will either call you or email you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
If you can’t find your confirmation email, please use the form on the contact page, and one of our team members will reach out to you by phone or email.
Why can't I call you?
Because we operate as a veteran-owned small business, we don’t have a dedicated person or team of people to sit around and answer phones. All of our staff pitch in and work as a tight-knit team covering all the roles in our business. Someone is always in front of computer screen fulfilling orders, so email is the fastest and most efficient way of getting in touch with us.
If you have an issue that can’t be solved over email, we’ll call you right away to take care of you.

What size should I buy?
Quadrant T-Shirts run true to size. If you prefer a looser fit, order a size up. Our T-Shirts are 100% cotton and are pre-shrunk, so shrinkage will be minimal when laundered as long as they are washed in cold water and dry on a low setting. When in doubt, visit our sizing page from the link at the bottom of the page.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers to sell in their stores?
