Our company’s name derived from the QUADRANT Conference held on 17 August 1943. Allied leaders convened at Quebec in this secret meeting to discuss the initial planning phases and troop coordination for Operation Overlord (otherwise known as D-Day). The result of this meeting officially allocated additional American troop carrier groups and aircraft for use in Operation Overlord.
